Onion & chive cheese curds are made with pasteurized milk from the Ayrshire cows raised on our Elverson, PA farm. They are the classic “squeaky” cheese curds, like the ones found at state fairs! They are perfect for eating as a snack, serving on top of salads, deep frying, or using for poutine!
Cheese curds are available in several flavors which change seasonally!
