Grilled Cheese with Carrot-Top Pesto

Thank you to customers Kayley and Evelyn for sharing a grilled cheese recipe they made using a recipe from the Happy Yolks blog as their starting point! They use our Sharp Cheddar rather than Asiago: “For three people, this recipe requires an entirety of your smaller packages of the sharp cheddar cheese,” says Kayley.
