Sugar Plum Chutney

Adapted from Eating Well.


  • 810 sugar plums, pitted but not peeled
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 pinches cayenne pepper


  1. Add all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until fruit has broken down.
  2. Puree in a blender or food processor.
  3. Return to saucepan and simmer until liquid has evaporated, about 30 minutes. If desired, cool before serving.

Spread onto crackers and top with Conebella Farm Smoked Colby
