Berry Cheddar Cobbler for Two

- 3 cups blueberries and blackberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ⅔ cup unbleached all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter (cold)
- ½ cup grated Conebella Farm sharp cheddar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Stir in Conebella Farm sharp cheddar, milk and vanilla.
- Mix berries with flour and sugar. Add to bottom of a glass baking dish. Spoon the biscuit dough on top.
- Cook for 40 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve with milk, whipped cream, or ice cream.
