Caprese Salad on a Stick

Caprese salad is now a finger food!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 lb of Conebella Farm Mozzarella Cheese, cut into squares
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic reduction (recipe in blog article)
  • Optional: salt and pepper
  • Materials: Skewers

Instructions

  1. Load onto a skewer: 1 tomato, one Mozzarella square, 1 folded basil leaf. Keep going until skewer is full.
  2. Arrange on a plate and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
  3. If desired, sprinkle with salt and pepper
